These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of flowlinx.io and any related FlowLinX services, content, or marketing materials (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, in which case "you" refers to that entity.

FlowLinX is a multimodel agentic AI platform operated by FlowLinX, a Fifth Turning Capital company, based in Richmond, Virginia, United States.

These Terms govern only your use of the public marketing site at flowlinx.io. Use of the FlowLinX platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement (Master Services Agreement, Pilot Agreement, or Order Form) executed between you and FlowLinX.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes, in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• •Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.
• •Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any related systems without prior written permission.
• •Use any robot, scraper, or other automated means to access or collect data from the Site, except as expressly permitted by us.
• •Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt the Site or other users.
• •Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us through the Site.

The Site, including its content, design, code, graphics, logos, the FlowLinX name and brand, and all related intellectual-property rights, are owned by FlowLinX or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your internal evaluation and informational purposes. No other rights are granted, expressly or by implication.

Third-party trademarks, including those of integration partners shown on the Site, are the property of their respective owners. References to such trademarks do not imply endorsement or affiliation unless explicitly stated.

If you submit information to us through a contact, demo, or assessment form, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant FlowLinX the right to use that information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit, and operate our business in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal data through the public forms on this Site. Confidential discussions should occur under a mutual non-disclosure agreement.

Pricing, capabilities, performance metrics, pilot results, and roadmap statements on the Site are provided for informational purposes only, may change without notice, and do not constitute a binding offer or commitment by FlowLinX.

Any commercial commitments will be made only through a written, executed agreement.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

FlowLinX does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content will be accurate, complete, or timely.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWLINX, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlowLinX and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. FlowLinX is not responsible for and does not endorse the content, products, or services of those third parties. You access them at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Richmond, Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
