FlowLinX ("FlowLinX," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by FlowLinX, a Fifth Turning Capital company, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, United States.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit flowlinx.io, request a demo, contact us, or evaluate the FlowLinX platform — and what we do with it.

We collect only what we need to respond to inquiries, evaluate fit, and operate this site.

• •Information you give us directly — name, work email, company, company size, role, and anything you write in a contact or assessment form.
• •Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and pages viewed, via standard server and analytics logs.
• •Communication records — emails, calls, and meeting notes you exchange with the FlowLinX team.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. We do not sell personal information.

We use the information you provide to:

• •Respond to your inquiry, schedule discovery calls, and prepare tailored deployment plans.
• •Operate, secure, and improve flowlinx.io and the FlowLinX platform.
• •Send transactional or service-related communications (we do not send marketing emails without your consent).

We share information only with the parties required to operate our business:

• •Service providers under contract — Notion (CRM of record), Slack (internal lead notifications), email and hosting providers, and analytics providers. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement.

• •Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

We keep contact and lead information for as long as a commercial relationship is reasonably anticipated, and for a maximum of 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing team@flowlinx.io.

FlowLinX is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate, under appropriate safeguards.

We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality and aggregate analytics. We do not use advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features may not function as expected.
